The Browns still have a shot to get more value out of their trade that sent three first-round picks and three lower picks to Houston for Deshaun Watson. Here's a look at some of the worst trades in the NFL over the years:HERSCHEL WALKER TO MINNESOTAPhotos You Should See View All 60 ImagesThe Cowboys launched their dynasty in the 1990s when Jimmy Johnson realized the high value of draft picks and turned Herschel Walker into a huge haul of them. The trades helped Dallas acquire draft picks that led to Emmitt Smith, Darren Woodson, Russell Maryland and Kevin Smith, who contributed to three Super Bowl titles. That led the Falcons to cut ties quickly, trading him after the season to Green Bay for a first-round pick. But the Seahawks were able to turn him into a first-round pick from quarterback-starved Chicago in 1997.

Stroud became the youngest quarterback to win a playoff game after throwing for 274 yards and three touchdowns, and the Houston Texans returned two interceptions by Joe Flacco for scores in a 45-14 rout of the Cleveland Browns in a wild-card matchup Saturday. Stroud, the second overall pick in the draft last April, is also the highest-drafted rookie QB to win in the postseason. Stroud threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns before halftime as the Texans built a 24-14 lead. With the Texans up 45-14 with nine minutes to go, Stroud’s work was done, and he was replaced by Davis Mills. But his stretch of success came to a sudden end on Saturday, when the Browns lost 45-14 to the Houston Texans in a wild-card playoff matchup. “It’s definitely a shame the way it went down and hard to deal with at the moment,” Flacco said. CLEVELAND (AP) — Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson will miss the rest of his second season in Cleveland with a fracture in his throwing shoulder, an injury that came in his best performance since joining the team following a controversial trade. Watson will undergo surgery to repair a non-displaced fracture in his right shoulder, which happened Sunday when he was hit in the first quarter at Baltimore. Now, Watson will have to work his way back from a shoulder injury with just three seasons left on his deal. Watson missed time earlier this season with a strained rotator cuff in his throwing shoulder, and it's not yet known if that injury contributed to the fracture. Coach Kevin Stefanski is expected to go with Walker the rest of the way, but the Browns could consider signing a veteran free agent.

CLEVELAND (AP) — Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku suffered burns to his face and arm in an accident at home while lighting a fire pit. Njoku was added to the injury report on Saturday and listed as questionable for Sunday's home game against the Baltimore Ravens. However, his agent Malki Kawa, posted on social media that the 27-year-old tight end “is OK.” Kawa thanked “everyone for reaching out.”Njoku, who is in his seventh season with Cleveland, has 10 catches for 92 yards this season. Njoku's injury further complicates things for the Browns (2-1), who could be without starting quarterback Deshaun Watson against the Ravens. The Browns elevated tight end Zaire Mitchell-Paden from the practice squad in case Njoku is inactive.
